Now I'm a cyclist I guess it's only fair that I advertise Stafford Road Club! If you're ever injured (and when aren't we?) and you want to keep the old cardiovascular system ticking over then cycling with these lads is a great way to keep fit. The only drawback is that you'll need a bike! The site gives you details of club rides and where they meet.
Cannock & Stafford Cracking website. Loads of useful links. Over the years they've turned out some of the best athletes in the country. This site is well worth a visit.
A great shop situated close to the Chase at Milford which stocks bikes and running gear for the discerning sportsman. Dudley Kingswinford Running Club - Brian Smith of DK assures all newcomers of a warm welcome at DK Running Club. Take a look at the website and see for yourself what they get up to. They have a large female membership, not unlike ours, with ladies only nights!
Forum for running as well as track & field. Not only can you pick up some useful tips and information yourself but you can pass on your own hard earned tips and information! You have to register, which is free, and after that just jump in and enjoy!

Stone Master

Marathoners

The competition from Stone and not a bad bunch of lads and lassies. Some are even second claimers for the Harriers so they're not all bad! If you live in the Stone area then this is the club for you.
At last a running club for ladies only! They've very politely asked me to add them as a link so if you're in the Dudly area, are female and you're looking for a group of ladies to run with then here's the answer to your prayer. Rita Vanes will welcome you with open arms so what are you waiting for? (That's a pint you owe me, Rita)
Organisers of the very popular Congleton Half. A good set of lads and lassies who turn out in numbers for many local races.

New Balance

Factory Shop

This is not a link to a website but nevertheless a useful link, via telephone admittedly, to the New Balance Factory Shop in Keswick. Ring 017687-74631 for the latest New Balance bargains - and I mean bargains.

Teignbridge

Trotters

Keith Jellyman's new club in Newton Abbot. If you want to see how Keith is doing in local events this is the easiest way to keep in touch. Keith speaks very highly of them so take a look.
Useful for club sec's, race organisers and webmasters. Listing of many, many club websites by county. Great way to contact other clubs.
Phil Green promises a warm welcome at his Dairy Cottage premises on the Shugborough estate (rear entrance). Phil offers sports, remedial and stress management massage as well as personal and team training. Ring him on 01889-882436 or on his mobile 07768-922757. E-mail him at philip@bodybalanceuk.com

One of the better sites out there for checking out races and getting entry forms. Well organised and worth a visit.

A truly interesting and very educational site for those keen to understand the effects of exercise on the body.

Another site with a calendar of events, some of which might take your fancy. There's a great race on August 14th that's worth looking at.

Try out this site for pictures of NSRRA races. Bryan has taken to his digital and produced some cracking photos. Thanks for taking the trouble Bryan - much appreciated.

A very professional website put together by Chris Brown. If you're a race junky this is definitely the site for you. If the race exists, chances are it's here. Loads of info. Pay Chris a visit - it's well worth the trip.

If you want to see where you went wrong, who beat who and who never turned up - this is the site for you! The official North Staffs Cross Country League site.
Mick Hall has asked me to point out that this ever -popular event is already attracting entries for next year so get your name down now! Entry forms and a whole lot more can be found on this site.

This website has been recommended by our friends, Rik and Donna, and if they say it's good then that's good enough for me. See how clubs the other side of the Atlantic tick and drop in for a browse.

Discount of 15% on running kit for club members. Quote our number C12962001 to claim your discount. Useful site - doesn't just sell stuff! If you don't believe me read this!
Sorry NSRRA but I got this from your site and hope you don't mind. This is well worth a visit if you're unfortunate enough to get injured. I'm sure they'll be grateful for the link (I hope!).
Place this one in your favourites! Got a great race calendar, results, entry forms and a whole lot more. John, the webmaster, has got the right idea with this site.
British Athletics homepage. Useful for contacting running clubs around the country. It's got quite a comprehensive list of clubs by region. Great for promoting your event.
Online magazine. Has a useful race calendar.
A very successful Potteries running club. A good set of lads with many new recruits from the the now-defunct PMAC running club. Try this one out.
Needs no introduction really (unless you've just landed from another planet). Everything you ever wanted to know and more about the NSRRA. Results for local races can be found here.
New one to me but has many local results. Worth a visit if only to find out what it's all about. As I find out more I'll keep you posted.
A good club listing. Edited by Spencer Duval this is a genuine site for runners. The fact that we were once 'Club of the Month' has not influenced my objective appraisal of this website!
It does exactly what it says on the tin - gives out race results.
I'm impressed. What more can I say. I bow in the presence of greatness. Oh, to get this site to look as good. The picture gallery is a bit frightening though.
Another good site. Very musical as well! Well put together (I'm jealous) and full of information and links. Well worth a visit (this link may be removed if they beat us in the cross country league this winter).
At their request I've added them to the site. Give them a visit and say hello!
You'll like this one. Not a running club site but one where you can get maps of your area (for inclusion on your website) or maps of races. Just type in a postcode and - hey presto - a map of that area. Zoom out and you've got an OS map of the area.
This guy has put some serious hours into surfing the net. Fancy running a marathon? Fancy running outside the UK for a change? This site has got them all - honest.
Best site yet for seeing all the races that have been cancelled due to foot and mouth. Why has it taken me so long to put this link on the site? Who knows?
