- left into Riverway, cross diagonally at lights towards town left into Wolverhampton Road, at railway bridge first muster
- along Wolverhampton Road, cross at West Way lights, left into Burton Manor Road, under motorway, to Barn Bank Lane second muster (standard run)
- up through Hyde Lea Coppenhall, left into Chase View Lane, Ashflats, until junction with Barn Bank Lane third muster
- continue towards the Wolverhampton Road, right down to Gravel Lane, right into School Lane, left into St Peter’s Gardens, left into Rickerscote Road, at round about fourth muster
- down Silkmore Lane, Medows round about cross at lights fifth muster
- cross at lights right into Meadows loop, right into Lichfield Road, right into Riverway, right back to the club
Short Route is 5.54 miles
- left into Riverway, cross diagonally at lights towards town left into Wolverhampton Road, at railway bridge first muster
- along Wolverhampton Road, cross at West Way lights, left into Burton Manor Road, under motorway, to Barn Bank Lane second muster (long run)
- left into Barn Bank Lane into Chain Lane, left to crossing on Wolverhampton Road, third muster
- cross left into School Lane, left into St Peter’s Gardens, left into Rickerscote Road, fourth muster at mini roundabout
- cross with care, right down Silkmore , fifth muster at Meadow roundabout
- cross at lights, left along Lichfield Road, right into Riverway, right back to the club
