Route is 8.85km (5.5 miles )
- Out the football club entrance, turn left and left onto the foot path by the River, muster at the Borough Council building
- continue by the river and turn right up the High Street, turn left and cross at the traffic lights, turn right int Chell Road, turn left onto the new Western Access Road, at the entrance to Sainsbury’s turn left and muster at the pedestrian crossing by the river
- cross and turn right (towards Doxey), turn 1st left into Castle Street, just before the railway bridge take the left, follow this to the station, continue towards Newport Road, turn right and muster at the pedestrian crossing
- cross and turn right, turn left into West Way, follow this and muster at the lights on the Wolverhampton Road
- turn left towards town, muster at the end of the Wolverhampton Road
- cross into Lichfield Road, cross at the lights end of Riverway (try the Japanese diagonal crossing) and back to the club via the pedestrian entrance
