Standard Route is 7.1 miles
- right into Riverway, cross with care at river bridge, down steps to footpath, right to Civic centre, muster at entrance to park
- through park over Bagnall’s bridge, footpath by golf course right at first field under Castle, at gate second muster (short run start)
- follow Castle boundary until Derrington footpath, under motorway follow foot path around the outside of the wood to the mini farm and footbridge over stream, third muster at church
- follow estate roads to pub, join the disused railway, right onto disused railway to Castlefields car park, fourth muster
- over Bagnall’s Bridge, through park to Civic Offices, fifth muster
- back along river, steps to Riverway, cross road with care, right back to the club
Short Route is 6.4 miles
- right into Riverway, cross with care at river bridge, down steps to footpath, right to Civic centre, muster at entrance to park
- through park over Bagnall’s bridge, footpath by golf course right at first field under Castle, at gate second muster (long run start)
- take foot path right side of field down the green lane, left at road towards farm, follow footpath under motorway, right to disused railway, third muster
- right onto disused railway to Castlefields car park, fourth muster
- Over Bagnall’s Bridge, through park to park entrance fifth muster
- to Civic centre, back along river, upsteps to Riverway, cross with care, right back to the club
